Some sexual actions have consequences...

We thought we could branch outside of the norm. Explore my sexual fantasies. Dip our toes in a kinky pond just to see how it felt.

But you can't have sex with your husband's best friend in front of him without consequences. Ripples in the pond. A subtle shifting of events and feelings and triggers that will eventually affect every core molecule of your marriage. Your friendships. Your life.

Once I knelt down between the two of them, everything changed. And now, I'm faced with wading in deeper or drying off my pink manicured toes and trying to pretend it never happened.

They say that three is a crowd, but what about four?
What about more?
This is the truth of what I started when I confessed my desires and he gave them to me.

4 Unconventional Love Stars ⭐

Twisted Marriage is the conclusion in the Filthy Vows Duet and immediately continues from where the first book ended.   I must admit it was a little underwhelming. Considering that Filthy Vows ended in a threesome I was expecting immediate fire.  What I got was a glossed over morning after….
It took a little while for this story to take off. Once we got past the everyday melodrama which seemed to be a constant in this book, it felt that Elle and Easton had returned in all their insatiable glory.

Now that they've invited another person into their bed and enjoyed the experience, how far are they prepared to push it. Do they want to open their marriage to the risks and insecurities that come from being with other partners? Or is the thrill and sexual gratification too good to resist?

"“Can he touch me?” I asked, and it wasn’t a question. It was a plea. A beg. A wanton request from a woman so far over the edge that I’m not sure I would have been able to stop if he had denied it."

What I did love was the originality of this duet.  It was refreshing to meet a married couple who enjoyed a voracious sex life and were happy to explore their kinks and desires together.  Their journey was united and there was no shame in their wants. Not to mention how completely devoted Easton was towards his wife. This plot was the highlight for me in these books. It is definitely worth reading.

Twisted Marriage picks up the morning after the threesome between Elle, Easton and their close friend Aaron. And like I figured from book one and stated in my review, they pretty much opened Pandora's Box and once you do that, it's pretty much impossible to close. There was good to this book and then there was kind of meh which I'll get to later. First, just let me say, that Easton is still my dream guy - he gorgeous, kind, charming, supportive of his wife and her fantasies, loving as hell and loyal to boot. As far as MC's go, he can do no wrong by me!

Elle, on the other hand, still is a little bit harder for me to swallow. While Easton may have experienced moments of insecurity while exploring kink and sharing his wife, something about Elle for me just didn't sit right all the time. In book 2, it does become apparent that no matter what dirty fantasies she has or what she experiments with, Easton is it for her and their relationship with one another is watertight. But, yeah, for some reason, she really exasperated me at times.

The bones of this book were about a couple who now having branched out and tried a threesome and having both been turned on by it, each start to wonder and fantasize about even more. Easton is turned on both as voyeur plus participant and Elle gets off on the attention and taboo of another plus her husband being their to witness and partake. So in this book, they take it further, trying to dip their toes into deeper waters while really knowing none of the game rules. There's a big cameo by the DeLuca's (whose series I have not read yet) which leads them into jumping into the deep end and even a very interesting visit to the doctor's office.

What I liked about this book was their unconditional love for each other. No matter what comes into play, any temporary setbacks, blowback insecurities, this story really is about two people who only become more intwined with one another no matter who comes into play as they explore the world of kink. And that's really what Twisted Marriage was about. How do you take that next step? What are the boundaries? How much are you risking? Is the risk worth it? Will you come out stronger for it or will the cracks start to show?

While I completely believed in their commitment to each other and definitely found the book to be hot and steamy and had no problem with their exploration into the world of kink, I found myself once again annoyed with the author. First, when you're playing with fire and going into the unknown where you let other people in, I would expect there to be higher stakes at play. I never felt that during the entire book. Besides from Easton's one teeny mood swing and semi argument, the stakes were just not there and that took a little away from the story for me. It didn't feel realistic and took something away from the ride for me. I also felt the drama with Chelsea was more than a little overdone and hypocritical on Chelsea's part given she slept with Easton in college way before Elle did. If you read this book, you'll see why her big 'to do' just didn't add up given that little fact. But what I have to deduct from the most is the ending. Once again, there was no real clear ending. Sure, they seemed to come out unscathed but there's no real glimpse into where they're really going to go. Will they hook up with others again? Do they even know what they're doing yet? There is no conclusive ending. And to add to that, the very beginning of the afterward has the author saying she might do a third book on them. When I invest in a book, please give me a real ending or give me a cliffhanger but don't sort of fizzle out on me with a so so end.

Would I read it again? Yes. After investing in the first book and LOVING Easton, I really wanted to see how it played out and there were some very steamy and hot scenes in this book plus, as I said, I really do love the fact that these two are strong together. Would I have jumped on it with as much fervor had I known that it's kind of open ended because she might come back and do a third? Not so sure.

All in all, Easton = Dreamboat, Elle = 50/50, kink exploration and hotness = 99%, Chelsea = Drama Queen and the ending = something to be desired. Still a worthwhile examination of a marriage where doors are open and sexual exploration is explored.

3*** kink Stars.

P.S. - I noticed some people tagged this book with cheating but I wouldn't call it that. When both parties are united and on board and everything is consensual and done together, that to me does not equal cheating or burning your spouse!

Twisted Marriage
5 “The good. The bad. And the filthy.” Stars

This story picked up right where Filthy Vows ends. And let me tell you.....it was a Sassy, Sexy, Scintillating, Scorching, Sinful read that had its moments of humor and realness. There was spot on banter between couples and friends that made the story a fast and easy read. It also brought back a favorite couple of mine(Brad and Julia from the Innocence Series) to spice up this story even more than humanly possible.

What I truly love about this story is how it is about a couple who BOTH want to explore sexual fantasies. As long as couples are on the same page then why not go for it. They are open and honest and really love each other. I adore Elle and Easton and love how they handle their life which didn’t turn out as they planned. They are each other’s champions with wanting the best for each other. I came away from Twisted Marriage completely satisfied with the ending. I will say that Aaron and Chelsea are fabulous secondary characters and good friends to Elle and Easton.

This story is Muy Caliente🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 so be very prepared!!! Alessandra Torre delivers the sexiness, the banter and a wonderful story of a couple discovering a spicier side of life that they both fully embrace. So hurry and read Filthy Vows because this duet brings the heat, the passion and lots of heart. A must read duet!!

REALLY, REALLY ENJOYED THIS ONE. A SEXILICIOUS TREAT OF SCORCHING HOT PROPORTIONS. The duet is now COMPLETE in all it's hotness and this final part of the story, TWISTED MARRIAGE, totally made me blush ☺️☺️

The duet is about a married couple who decide to explore sexual fantasies and boy does this make for a very HOT story and I'm so happy to report that it was very tastefully done and did not in any way feel sleezy. In fact, their love for each other was very much at the heart of the story, I felt their connection and their passion for one another and I was fascinated to see how their life choices within their marriage would play out.

In addition to the main couple who I warmed to instantly, Alessandra Torre cleverly, convincingly and comprehensively included one of her very famous and much-loved kinky book couples into the equation of this brand-new duet series without compromising the integrity of the love story of either book couple. I absolutely applaud her for this aspect. It was the perfect treat for fans of the Innocence Series and for those who don't know what I'm talking about, Twisted Marriage will be the perfect introduction to Brad De Luca who is the undoubted star of another series from the penmanship of this author.

I'll admit it, I was one of those ravenous readers who emailed Alessandra Torre as soon as I finished reading Filthy Vows and begged for more of Easton and Elle North. Well she not only delivered with Twisted Marriage but she far exceeded all of my hopes and dreams for where this story might go. I love love love a sexy story, and this one is NEXT LEVEL SMOKING HOT, but more, I appreciate a story that makes you think, offers new perspective, and Twisted Marriage truly did that, giving insight into a seemingly taboo lifestyle and making it feel both relatable and transparent.

Elle and Easton might just be my favorite Alessandra Torre couple yet. Their unwavering loyalty and their staunch devotion are palpable on every page. You truly feel their chemistry but also their need to explore this forbidden aspect of their marriage together... and I simply GOT IT in a way I don't think I've ever understood it before. I never bought into how inviting other people into the bedroom could possibly bring a couple closer together, but this story SOLD IT. I believed in every nuance of the fabric of this relationship and I was completely immersed in this journey with them. The uncertainty, the desire, the insecurities, the war of emotions that somehow drove them to keep pursuing the unknown, the desperation, the absolute LOVE, and the decadent edge between arousal and jealousy... I felt every bit of it and it was fantastic! Superbly done. Off the charts erotic. So well executed.

I devoured this book in a day and I've thought of little else since finishing it. I've never once enjoyed a book of this nature enough to have me rooting for the couple to continue in such a frustratingly kinky exploration. Even Julia and Brad Deluca had me feeling a bit uncertain after their series. I still came away hoping they'd get it out of their systems and then live in blissful monogamy. But Elle and Easton sold it to this reader and I was left with this profound understanding of the truth that they were absolutely enough for each other, with or without this other side of their relationship, but that it was super hot and completely acceptable that they kept pushing that line anyway.

I came away from Twisted Marriage 100% satisfied with the ending this time around. While I'd LOVE to see more of this couple down the road (and Brad and Julia too!) I was also left with a satisfying sense of rightness that this couple is in a beautiful, contented place. I wasnt left wondering about their fate as a couple. I wasn't left with a desperate need to see if they'd survive what they'd just done like I had been at the end of Filthy Vows. It was perfectly complete, this book, a solid package that was  unbelievably sexy, blissfully romantic, and an all-around FEEL GOOD read. I LOVED it!!

4.5 Are We Strong Enough Stars
* * * *1/2 Spoiler Free-Please Read Filthy Vows First
This book starts right where Filthy Vows left off. Our couple has to come to grips with the addition they made to their marriage. Was it a one-time thing and just let it go by the wayside...or do they explore some more. And how do they deal with the friend and what happened...will things be awkward, will they lose the friendship...

These are only the first questions and thoughts to hit our couple.
Once the ice is broken and all of the concern about their relationship with their friend is settled... Things go along smoothly.

This story of marriage, trust, and what works between them is extremely layered.

Alessandra Torre takes us on a journey that she has explored before but with different circumstances. Her ability to thread sexual desire with actions and emotions is unparalleled. She will take you by the hand and lead you through a maze of erotic, emotional moments. These moments will have a nonverbal dialogue between the married couple...a back and forth of concern, encouragement, and joy. The strength of their trust and love is shown.

The relationship is more than just these encounters, though. The marriage is tested like any other. One person is doing well in their career while the other is not. How this was impacted by sexual exploration is addressed too. So many factors can cause insecurity or doubt. Yet this couple is strong and manages to weather everything.

Alessandra Torre had an idea...and decided to take it to the mat...She brought in her "Big Guns" and this added element was perfect. I think Ms. Torre has another idea floating around and will decide if we are up to the task.

Elle and Easton. Part 2!

Please read FILTHY VOWS before starting this one!

We already loved Elle and Easton in the first book and now we're back with more.

This second book starts right where we left them after their night with Aaron.
At first they're all a bit weirded out by what happened and that they loved it so much.
But then we're asking ourselves ... was this a one-time thing? Should we do this again?
No, right?! ☺
And added to all the sexiness in the book we're worried about jobs and money and and the Mafia and friends and still-not-happening babies and crazy dogs .... and if you want to find out what will happen with our darlings ☺ ... READ THE BOOK!

description

I LOVED IT!

I was already a huge fan of Elle & Easton and Aaron and Chelsea and that crazy dog after reading the first book. And now I love them even more. This is such a great and so very refreshing love story! I just adore everything Alessandra has created here. Such a great cast of characters with all their problems and hopes and dreams and that huge amount of love that Elle and Easton have for each other.
I just can't find anything bad to say about this book. Maaayybe that it's all happening in the worst place imaginable for me: Florida. Ew. I just hate heat and humidity. But that's just me and it doesn't have anything to do with the story! 😂 I loved this book - this duet. I might even go as far as to say that Elle and Easton are in the top ten of my all-time favorite couples. They're just so ... real. So flawed and adorable and funny and their love is what every single and not single person in this world is dreaming of. I just love them and I want to hear more from them. I hope Alessandra will write at least one more book! I also kind of want some TV channel to come and make a telenovela about them, so that I can be with them every day for the rest of forever! ☺

SUCH AN AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL, FRESH, FUN & VERY EROTIC MUST-READ LOVE STORY DUET!

I have nothing against experimenting and each couple should do what makes them happy. But involving more than one other person in your bedroom is a recipe for a disaster in these type of books usually, this was messy. Also, I do not get why everyone loves this author I have read a few books and liked none, think I will not be reading anymore.

Book two and Elle still doesn’t sit right with me.
She’s her usual selfish, always thinking about her needs and what makes her happy, never really listen to her friends or husband and that lands her in trouble. But since she’s a lucky chump both her husband and friends forgive her. And does she learn from her mistakes? Nope she just keeps complaining and being dissatisfied.

Easton, on the other hand, is the ever loving and caring husband, going out of his way to make ungrateful Elle happy.

Chelsea and Aaron are supportive and devoted friends and luckily Elle makes up to them for some of her thoughtless actions.

What most annoyed me about Elle is how she’s aware of her being such a big mess but still not doing anything to improve her behaviour.

The love between the Elle and Easton is solid but only thanks to him, despite what she says and thinks.

Would I read more from this couple? Nope, I couldn’t stomach anymore of Elle and her whining.

1.5 Lacking Stars

So... That was it?
I'm a little confused what the point of this duet was. There was no plot, no climax, no... Nothing. This duet was pretty much them discovering they're swingers I guess? But I mean they started discovering it in the last book with the friend, so this book was pretty much like the last book but with more people, and even maybe less sex?

I wouldn't classify this as an erotica seeing as the sex was bleh and it was fade to black, most of the scenes in this book were, which was honestly pretty annoying. There were also only a couple short "hotter" sex scenes and that's it, making this not an erotica, which if it was that, it would have probably been more interesting. This also didn't really feel like even a romance to be honest, or drama, so again not sure what was even the point or intention.

The friends were okay, nothing interesting about them, and I find it a little weird that this close group have all officially slept with each other now, well not MM or FF, but still that made it a little weird in my opinion. I am glad the h slept with the friend in the last book though, since her friend had slept with her husband before, so that evened it out. But if these friends have their own book, which I think they will, and can't imagine why, I for sure won't bother reading it.The main characters were boring and not really likeable. I guess there isn't too much to say, since I never really felt for anyone or anything. Pretty much from the first page to the last, everything was bland and boring, and I kept waiting for something to happen, and alas, nothing did, except just getting nowhere talk and the h being attracted to every man she sees. Even the writing was lackluster. I haven't read this author before except for this duet, but her writing isn't interesting enough to make me excited for any of her other books. I would say the only redeeming thing was the rare humor.

Overall, a boring read, not sure what the point of these books were except to showcase a swinging couple, and a past swinging couple of Alessandras, so I'm not really sure if I will be reading her again if this is the standard of her writing.

In Twisted Marriage, Elle and Easton continue to explore deeper into their fantasy. So expect some scorching scene every now and then. What I really like about this couple is how open they are to each other about their love, fears, career and just about anything. I think they are the most honest couple I've read so far. What I didn't expect in this book is the cameo appearance of my favorite couple from the Innocence Series Brad and Julia to add more hotness to the story.

Alessandra Torre once again proves that writing an erotica story is one of her fortes. She nailed it with this book duet. The main characters are likable and the story moves flawlessly. I thoroughly enjoy this book and looking forward to another one... maybe. I highly recommend this book (duet) if you're into this kind of story. You won't regret it!

Easy five stars for Easton & Elle!!

I have no words, but this:

1. My love for Brad Deluca has intensified 10 fold. He is the man.

2. Easton is a very close second.

3. Elle is my shero! I love that woman to no end.

I love this couple, and the communication they had with each other all throughout this book. Without communication in a marriage, especially one like this, you might as well hang it up. The emotions that I felt while reading were so many. This was super hot, and the dialogue during some of these super scorching hot scenes made it even more flammable. Easton and Elle have such an amazing relationship. I love that they were so secure in each other that all their “experiences” only deepened their love, trust and lust toward each other. I could go on and on, but you just need to read these.

“The good. The bad. And the filthy.” He deepened his kiss, pulling me tighter to his chest as his mouth crushed against mine. I knew one thing. My husband always delivered on his vows. Especially the filthy ones.”

Have mercy..*fans self*

I think my face reading this would have been a display of every emotion. There was the sexy face, the shocked face, the happy face, the unbelievable face, the heart shaped eye face, the laughing face. I just didn’t have a crying face. No tears at all.

I adore Elle and Easton. Love. Love. Love them. The depth of their love. The devotion. The way they fit each other perfectly. The food fights. They are seriously couples goals. Relationship goals. Marriage goals.

Filthy Vows was supposed to be a one and done, but it felt like there was so much more giving to be had. It only touched on the story of Elle and Easton. And readers wanted more. We needed a post Aaron story. I needed post Aaron, hence Twisted Marriage was born.

Hello Brad and Julia DeLuca. I remember you two, you naughty pair. They could be teachers of lessons in sharing toys. Brilliant insight. Great lessons.

Lovely, unashamedly dirty read. Filthy but fabulous.

Could there be a third.....?

Yeah, I went there...
After NOT really liking the first book *sigh* I still went in, cause well, it's Alessandra Torre, damn it...that should say it all...
I loved her previous work...

Another deep sigh...i can't tell you exactly WHY this story didn't work for me...it has fucking everything I LIKE in a book of this genre...

so, WTF?!

After a very substantial consideration, I came to this conclusion: in genre lies the problem - I didn't really figure out which genre this story could be placed for certain. I felt like it wasn't "steamy cheap" enough to be just erotica, but it also didn't have enough of the psychological seriousness needed for me to have the "REAL LIFE" drama feel...so, I guess I got confused, things got misplaced and I was out of focus...

Simply, I needed just a tiny bit MORE substance for it to be MORE... :/

my bad.

Fans of Alessandra Torre’s Innocence series no doubt gasped (and maybe quivered) with delight when they read the bonus chapter of this book at the conclusion of Filthy Vows. A character we’ve come to love and lust over makes an appearance, so when you open Twisted Marriage, you might be even more anticipatory than with just a continuation of Elle and Easton’s story.

The good news is that our beloved character does show up, and he does do what we want him to do, but he isn’t the point to this book. Nor should he be. Twisted Marriage is a look at what happens to a marriage after the couple decides to act upon their desires.

In Filthy Vows, we saw Elle and Easton work through her fantasies and bring them to fruition. Here, Alessandra Torre shows us the aftermath. Now that they have opened that box, does it belong to Pandora or Aphrodite?

One of the things I loved about Filthy Vows was the strength of Elle and Easton’s marriage. It’s a bit tested now that they have engaged in a threesome, but Torre never lets you worry for long. These two work together to find a sexual rhythm that works for them. It involves discussion and exploration, particularly of the emotional sort.

Torre also shows that what happens in a marriage does not necessarily stay in a marriage. Sometimes it affects the outer world, too. When Elle and Easton decided to pull his best friend into their sex life, they risked taking their desires outside their marriage. There is another friend who becomes a part of this arrangement, and that person may struggle with understanding and accepting.

In Filthy Vows, we saw how Elle and Easton’s professional malaise affected their marriage. Torre continues playing with that idea here. Their sex life could have repercussions in their jobs, too, something that adds extra significance to their decisions.

The sex scenes bear Alessandra Torre’s sublime skill at pacing and detail. One scene in particular is deliciously lengthy. What makes these moments so arousing, however, is the emotional intensity of Elle and Easton. On the one hand, their desires feel dangerous; on the other, they feel vital and affirmative.

In her note at the end, Torre says she isn’t sure she is finished with Elle and Easton. I hope she isn’t. Maybe it’s selfish, but I’d love to see her explore more with them.

Have a fan handy when you read this one! It’s a live one.

I have loved many of Alessandra Torre's books, and I adore taboo romance. This story was incredibly hot, no question, but I needed something more than the scenes with Brad and Julia, two characters from a previous series. I LOVED how the first book ended, and I really wanted something more between Easton, Elle and Aaron. They were so close in the first book yet he all but disappears in this book.

This book picks up right where the first one ends. Elle and Easton are eager to explore their newfound lifestyle but are very cautious. They have an otherwise normal marriage except for their desire to explore other relationships. They have no idea how to go about it but when they meet the wealthy and well-known lawyer Brad DeLuca and his wife Julia, they feel the sparks immediately.

I was curious to see where these characters were going but I felt something of a disconnect between them. They were so close to Aaron in 'Filthy Vows' but here, the DeLuca's just felt out of place for me.

If you love an exploration of forbidden romance, you will love this duet. The author does a wonderful job of painting a realistic picture of the everyday ups-and-downs of marriage. Also, I was intrigued by Brad and how alpha and dominant he was. I have not read the 'Blindfolded Innocence' series and this book certainly piqued my interest about Brad and Julia.

Things went a little awry for me with the sex scenes. I wanted to see more of a connection with the Brad/Julia situation like there was with Aaron. This book is VERY erotic so don't be surprised where the characters venture in this story!

I enjoy Alessandra Torre's writing, but this particular story wasn't for me. I appreciated that the first book did not end on a cliffhanger and was its own standalone story. 'Twisted Marriage' is also a complete standalone in my opinion but is best enjoyed if you have read the first book. As always, I will continue to read this author's books because I love her writing style!

Okay, I did read the second part, because I couldn't help myself.

Elle and Easton were quite in their element and just picked up from where the first book ended. The story dragged in the beginning a bit, we were again back to the couple and their day-to-day worries, their place in life and what the threesome night meant for them. I really wanted the friendship and the relationship with Aaron to be cleared properly. There was suddenly no openness at all, just a bucket of big old awkwardness - and I found it immature and sad.
What I appreciated was Elle's and Eaton's love and respect for each other.

What I didn't appreciate at all was their friend Chelsea, who became such a piece of work, I wanted to slap her several times. I loved her craziness in the first book, her unapologetic attitude toward everything, even though some of it was waaay over the top. So in her OTT style she became a RAVING AND OVERDRAMATIC HYPOCRITE who made Elle question and shame herself, and such behaviour is not okay. Her comments about swinging and about Elle were insensitive, selfish and just horrible.
Instead of finding a way to talk to Chelsea, Elle just considered herself being in the wrong and tried to find a way to make things better - it enraged me and took away a lot of enjoyment.

Introducing two characters from a previous series was a nice move, even if it felt way too convenient.

All in all. I kinda hoped this whole story would be about polyamory and not just about swinging and sharing. Probably it's a romantic in me, who wants HEA's for them all. So yeah, it's a nice and sexy read with likable main characters, but not much more.

FIVE TWISTED STARS

I've been elbow deep in sexcapades these last few days. Sadly, not in real life, but I did read the Filthy Vows duet. And I enjoyed it all: "The good. The bad. And the filthy.” Holy hell, I'd forgotten how naughty Alessandra Torre can be. I think this is the hottest of her books, though. I'm addicted. I want more.

Note to Self: add the "doctor's experience" to your fantasies

WARNING: your Kindle might combust while reading Twisted Marriage, the sizzlingly sexy sequel to Filthy Vows. Twisted Marriage picks up where Filthy Vows left off. The morning after. Elle and Easton just participated in their first threesome and are now face to face with their hookup. Easton’s best friend! Hello, reality check. Elle and Easton discover that every hot fantasy they act on might have consequences. Friendships are tested, insecurities and insatiable desires are out in the open, and no one is going to be the same.

Once again, Alessandra didn’t disappoint. This sequel was equally addictive and deliciously dirty WITHOUT feeling “porney” (porn-ish and corny). I think you could read this sequel as a standalone but read Filthy Vows first. No cliffhanger...but I want more!

Damn! That was freakin hot and soooooo good! Elle and Easton’s story continues in Twisted Marriage with the ups and downs of a normal marriage...the money issues, the stress, the bedroom antics. Though their bedroom antics are better than good as they explore each other, their wants, their needs, what makes the other happy, the adventure and excitement.
I knew in my heart that these two had the perfect marriage right from the start...I enjoyed their hot explorations and even more so, the secondary characters that I want to now know more about.
Is this a HEA? Yes, I think so...a happy for now. I can’t help but hope for more in the future because I was consumed and addicted to them.
Torre has shown us another side of her talent...these are my favorite characters to date. They won’t be easy to ever forget. ❤️

1. Filthy VowsFilthy Vows: ★★★
2. Twisted Marriage: ★★★★
“Elle, there’s not a woman in California that can hold a candle to you. You could walk into this place in a potato sack, and you’d break every single one of these assholes’ hearts.”
I connected with the characters in this books so much more than in the previous book! The best part about Elle and Easton is that they are always honest with each other and know each other so well. Whenever Elle or Easton felt insecure about their relationship, they actually talk about it.

The tone in Twisted Marriage was a lot 'happier'. I was feeling so depressed reading Filthy Vows, cause Elle and Easton's financial situation seems terrible, but now they've finally made it. So I'm happy with how the story concluded!

This sequel was slightly more enjoyable than the first. That doctor role-play scene had me like:

I do still wish that we could’ve gotten Easton’s POV because I wanted to be in his head!

I want to start off by saying this book isn't for everyone, you have to have an open mind and an open heart in order to appreciate the true nature of this love story and I really mean that, this is a book about LOVE and all that can go right and wrong with it.

Elle and Easton stole my heart as I followed their journey in the first book Filthy Vows and I, along with a ton of other readers couldn't get enough of them which thankfully prompted Alessandra Torre to give us more of them and boy oh boy did she deliver!  The title eludes to some of what happens because theirs is not your typical of marriages but holy hell after reading this book it makes you wonder why. Why are we so closed minded on sexuality? Why are we so closed minded on desires? Julia De Luca (From the Innocence Series) had it right when she said that, and I am going to paraphrase right now, that, if they were consenting adults who cares what others think. I'm mean Right?!?!

Anyway, I absolutely loved this book and loved the cameo of Brad and Julia De Luca. This is the end of Elle and Easton's story, but I hope it's only for now and we will at some point get more of them in the future because they are HOT and I really would love to see what happens with them, lets say three or four months from now. *wink* *wink*

This book is for readers over 17 please, and it must be read in order so please make sure you read Filthy Vows first. Remember this is a HOT read so be prepared ;)

Happy Reading!!!

„Marriage, in itself, is hard. Figuring out our lives is hard.”

I was so hungry for more after I’ve read Filthy Vows. Just like Elle and Easton with their sexual appetite, I was insatiable. And oh my, Alessandra Torre delivered such a feast with Twisted Marriage, that I’m fully sated. This story breaks generally accepted rules, opens the mind and forces you to think about what you are able to accept. Lust and passion chase hidden fantasies, and you as a side observer feel admiration for openness and love that connects the main characters of this outstanding novel. The insight into Ella and Easton’s marriage was an incredible experience and I loved every second of it!

This book starts where the previous one ended. After the memorable night Ella and Easton wonder what this means for their marriage. There is a moment of doubt and fear that their fantasies will end as needs. How to return to 'normality' after such events? Can you look at your partner in the same way? Or maybe you stop being enough for him/her? Ella and Easton need to answer these questions and think if there is a middle ground to keep their marriage intact and still fulfill their desires.

Let me tell you, Easton and Elle are #MarriageGoals. And not because of their ways to spice up their marriage, but because of their trust for each other, their openness and general communication. This couple has gone through a lot, they had a lot of ups and downs, but the incredible connection and love that’s just coming from them make you dream of this type of partnership. Their story was insanely hot, senses-stimulating and completely unputdownable!

5 steamy stars for this read! Alessandra sure knows how to create a captivating story that’s full of steam and sizzling hotness!

4~4.5 stars ~ Jess

Super sexy follow-up to Filthy Vows. I was interested to see where this was going to go. I wanted to know about the morning after and what that meant for our couple who had dabbled in the kinkier side of their marriage.

So, here I am, reading along and in walk the De Luca's, and all of a sudden this book went from sexy to smoldering. If you have never had the pleasure of meeting Brad De Luca you should rectify that, immediately. Elle and Easton still are not sure how they want to play their newfound explorations. And they quickly realize they have only dipped their toes into the shallow end of the kiddy pool in comparison to what is out there to explore.

They also have to deal with the mornings after. Realizing that one night with Easton's best friend has a few more consequences then they imagined. This book, like the first, felt true and real. Elle and Easton are struggling in life and everything is not sunshine and roses, or white picket fences and chauffers. But the one that is clear is how much they love each other and together want to embrace this new world that Elle has been fantasizing about.

This was a great follow-up to the last book, it adds a bit more depth and reality to this couple. They are a couple that could pop up again or not. There was one thing that was unresolved for them and perhaps in the future, we might get that last piece. And I cannot ignore the pleasant surprise of Brad and Julia because what is more exciting than two ridiculously hot couples in one book.
